Our animals are placed only once they are fully weaned, healthy, and demonstrating stable temperament appropriate for their age. 

Yes. Rats and mice are social animals and are adopted out in pairs or groups unless an exception has been approved. 

Reservations may be approved once an application has been reviewed and availability has been confirmed. 

At this time, we do not ship animals. Pickup or approved delivery options will be discussed during the adoption process. 

Adopters are expected to have an appropriate enclosure, bedding, food, and enrichment prepared prior to pickup. Our care guide outlines recommended standards. 

Yes. All animals are handled regularly and raised with an emphasis on temperament, health, and adaptability. 

We stand behind the health of our animals at the time of placement and are happy to discuss our health policies during the adoption process. 

No. Litters are planned intentionally based on health, temperament, and placement readiness rather than constant availability. 

Yes. New owners are welcome, provided they are willing to follow care guidelines and ask questions when needed.
