Our adoption application helps us ensure that every animal is matched with a knowledgeable, prepared, and committed home. We take this process seriously because the animals in our care deserve consistency, stability, and respect throughout their lives.
Submitting an adoption application does not guarantee approval or immediate availability. Applications are reviewed in the order received and evaluated based on suitability, preparedness, and current availability.
Once reviewed, you may be contacted for clarification, next steps, or placement confirmation. Some animals may already be reserved or unavailable at the time of review.
We appreciate your patience as we work to place each animal responsibly.
Please ensure you have the following in place prior to submitting an application:
Appropriate housing that meets or exceeds minimum space requirements
A plan for proper diet, enrichment, and routine care
An understanding of the social needs of rats and mice
A commitment to ongoing veterinary care as needed
